  • Social Visual Content
  • Branding & Identity

All services are subject to written agreement and confirmed project scope.

3. Project Initiation & Advance Payment

  • A partial advance payment is required before project commencement.
  • Work will begin only after payment confirmation.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has started.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once project execution has started.
  • No refunds will be issued after service delivery.
  • All advance payments become non-refundable after work begins.

5. Scope & Revisions

  • Project scope will be clearly defined before work begins.
  • Revisions are limited to agreed project scope.
  • Additional work outside scope may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, final approved deliverables become the property of the client.
  • Editable source files may require separate agreement.
  • Creatyve retains ownership of preliminary concepts and unused designs.

7. Hosting & Technical Control

For website development projects:

  • Hosting and technical backend control may remain under Creatyve’s management unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Ongoing maintenance or hosting may require a separate agreement.

8. Portfolio Usage

Creatyve may showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials only with client approval.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Supply required assets on time
  • Provide timely feedback

Delays in communication may impact timelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

Creatyve shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Third-party service disruptions

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not completed
  • Terms are violated
  • Unethical or abusive conduct occurs

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
